Before starting CrossFit, we require all new members take our foundation course, CF 101. This goes over fundamental CrossFit movements and makes sure you're set to start!

What is CF Lite?
CrossFit Lite is a gentle version of CrossFit with emphasis on mobility, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance. This program has been designed to utilize mostly body weight exercises and will also feature kettlebell, medball, and dumbbell work. Want to be lean, strong, and healthy?
CF Lite is for you!

New to CF Lite?
CF 101 is not required before starting CF Lite. There are no barbell movements in CF Lite, but does include kettlebell, medball, and dumbell work. CF Lite classes all taught by Certified CrossFit Trainers.
Don’t be fooled, this program isn’t easy. You’ll still be performing high intensity workouts by using equipment and movement patterns focusing on range of motion, balance, strength, midline stability and metabolic conditioning.

The Edge is a strength and conditioning program designed to give high school athletes THE EDGE over competitors in high school athletics. This program focuses on improving overall athleticism.
