Yoga is not a workout, it’s “work-in.” During a regular yoga practice, you will work every system of the body: skeletal, muscular, digestive, circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, endocrine, reproductive, nervous, reproductive, and cardiovascular. Each yoga class offers a series of asanas (yoga postures) designed to cleanse and detoxify, to compress vital organs and manipulate blood flow to flush out unwanted toxins and to prevent clogging and blockages that can lead to disease.
What you see on the outside—a lean, strong body—is merely a byproduct of what you get on the inside. Yoga is a virtual fountain of youth, but it’s not a quick fix. It takes work, but the work you put in you get back in dividends.

CHAIR
Challenge your body and mind with our own dynamic fusion of yoga, Pilates and core conditioning. This athletic class weaves sun salutations, abdominal work, arm balances, backbends all with the goal of strengthening the core and back. Come ready to sweat!
BARRE
Barre combines pilates, ballet, strength and flexibility training using a ballet barre. This total body conditioning technique has been intertwined to create an intense workout, sculpting and lengthening your entire body. Non-Impact.
GENTLE
Slow down and reap the rewards of a gentle approach to yoga. Strengthening and stretching muscles surrounding sore and stiff joints can increase range of motion, reduce pain, alleviate stress and improve overall quality of life. Gentle yoga is appropriate for students of all levels, including students new to yoga, recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic conditions or limitations due to age, size.
VINYASA
Connect your mind, body and soul with this vinyasa class. This breath linked movement class will build strength, increase flexibility, and bring you more balance and awareness in life.
